Ingredients of Kerala-Style Chicken Curry
- 1 Kilograms Chicken
- 5 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilli chopped
- 1 cup Onion (Sliced)
- 2 nos Tomato (sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 stalk Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt – As required
How to Make Kerala-Style Chicken Curry

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and a pinch of salt, saute well.

Add chopped chilly and ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 mins. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.

Add chicken masala, saute for a minute. Then, add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

Add chicken pieces, mix well, close the pan and cook for 5 mins.

Pour 2 cups of water and cook till the meat gets cooked well. Then add pepper powder and mix well.
6.
Sprinkle curry leaves and coriander leaves over the top of the gravy.
7.
Chicken curry is ready.
