Ingredients of Korean Vegetable Pancake

  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (chopped)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 Potato (chopped)
  • 1/2 Zucchini (chopped)
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (chopped)
  • 5-6 Mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

In a large bowl, add all purpose flour with some water. Keep the mix a little thick.

To this, add soy sauce, red chilli flakes and salt to taste.

Next, add chopped vegetables like onions, green onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, sweet potato, carrots, potatoes. Mix this with the all purpose flour paste.

Now, taste the flavour and add more as per your taste.

Heat a pan and spread a layer of this mix on it.

Oil it and cook from both sides.
