Ingredients of Kothimbir Vadi

  • 1 bunch Fresh Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tbsp Garlic and Green Chilli Paste
  • 2-3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Rice Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt (as required)

How to Make Kothimbir Vadi

Wash, clean and chop fresh coriander.Take a bowl, add chopped coriander, besan, rice flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, garlic & green chilli paste, sesame seeds, black pepper powder, salt, oil, water and mix it.

Make soft sticky dough out of it. Transfer to a tray and level it up.

Put the tray in a steamer and steam it for about 10-12 mins. Remove from the steamer and allow it to cool down.

Once it comes to room temperature, cut it to a desired shape. Deep fry them for 1-2 mins. Kothimbir Vadis are ready to serve.
