Ingredients of Lohan Dumpling

  • Dumpling Filling
  • 25 gram Broccoli
  • 25 gram Baby Corn
  • 25 gram Mushroom
  • 25 gram Carrot
  • 25 gram Green beens
  • 15 gram Onion
  • 5 gram ginger , finely chopped
  • 5 gram garlic , chopped
  • 5 gram Veg Broth Powder
  • 5 gram potato starch
  • 1-pinch of ground white pepper
  • 8 gram salt
  • 5 gram sugar
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 5 ml Cooking Wine

How to Make Lohan Dumpling

Cook The Filling:

To make the filling, Cut all above vegetable into small dices the and blanch them, then set them aside.
In a pan, add vegetable oil, chopped garlic and ginger, sauté, then add blanched vegetables, add seasoning, sprinkle some potato starch, and stir on low heat until the filling is cooked through.
To Make The Dough:
