Ingredients of Makhana Chikki

  • 1 Makhana
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dates
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4-6 tbsp Peanut butter

How to Make Makhana Chikki

Take a cup of roasted makhana and grind it into coarse powder.

Grind sunflower and pumpkin seeds too.
3.
Grind dates and honey together too.
4.
In a bowl mix everything together and add peanut butter and mash with your hands.

In a tray or a flat plate, lay the mixture and tap properly.
6.
Add crushed nuts for extra crunch.
7.
Freeze for some time, cut and serves weight loss friendly makhana chikki.
