Ingredients of Masala Prawn Burger

  • 6-7 pieces deveined prawns
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 Green chilli, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Ginger, chopped
  • Freshly chopped coriander
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Tomato, chopped
  • Green capsicum
  • Cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3-5 spoons of oil

How to Make Masala Prawn Burger

De-vein the prawns. In a bowl put the prawns and add turmeric. Mix it well.
In a hot pan add oil and red chili powder. Put the prawns and cook them for 10 minutes till the prawns change colour.
Keep them aside once cooked. In the same pan pour oil, add a cinnamon stick and the chopped ginger, garlic, chilis, onion, and tomato. Further, add the spices.
Make a thick gravy and add the cooked prawns. Now mix it well until it the masala releases oil.
Once done squeeze lemon juice and garnish it with chopped coriander.
Keep the masala prawn aside.
In a burger spread some mayonnaise and chopped green capsicum.
Add 3-4 spoons of masala prawns to the burger and top it with a slice of cheese.
