Ingredients of Mash-Sha Baan Thom

  • 200 gms pomfret fillet
  • oil (to fry)
  • 15 gms garlic
  • 5 gram white pepper
  • 60 gms tempura flour
  • 5 ml fish sauce
  • 5 ml oyster sauce
  • 30 gram coriander

How to Make Mash-Sha Baan Thom

  • 1.Dust the pomfret with tempura flour then deep fried till crispy, keep aside .
  • 2.Pour oil into the wok then add minced garlic stir till light brown add white pepper then both the sauces .Pour it on the fish garnish with coriander.
