Ingredients of Minced Chicken Lollipop

  • 300 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
  • 5-6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  • Oil To Fry

How to Make Minced Chicken Lollipop

First of all, take boneless chicken in a mixer jar. Add ginger, garlic cloves and green chillies to it and blend it smooth.

Take out this mixture in a bowl, now add cornflour, salt, black pepper, green coriander, red chili, coriander and cumin powder, mix everything well and keep the mixture aside.

Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add water and prepare a thin batter. Also keep the oil on the gas for heating.

Grease your hands with oil and start making lollipops from the mixture. Make a lollipop shape by placing an ice cream stick in the middle.
5.
Now lift each piece and dip it in the batter and once again coat it in bread crumbs.
6.
If you want, you can also keep them in the fridge to set for some time. Or you can fry it immediately.
7.
Deep fry them till they become crispy and golden brown and serve with favorite chutney or dip.
