How to make Nutella Modak

Ingredients of Nutella Modak
- 1 kg Cashew Nuts
- 800 gms Sugar
- 250 gms Almonds (crushed)
- 250 gms Pista Peshawari (crushed)
- 250 gms Cashew Nuts (crushed, for stuffing)
- 700 gms Nutella
- 250 gms Hazelnut
How to Make Nutella Modak

Soak 1 kg cashew nut for 1 hour. Remove water and make a paste of it.

Put this paste in a pan, add sugar and let it settle for 15 mins. Then switch on the gas and keep stirring it on slow flame for 45 min. And your dough will be ready.

Let it cool and then start making the filling.

For Filling:
Fry crushed badam, pista and cashewnut in desi ghee for 10 to 12 mins on slow flame. Let it cool. And add 700 gms of nutella to it.

Make small balls of the dough you prepared. Make small balls of the nutella and dry fruit mixture. And stuff it to the dough.

Put hazelnut flakes in the modak mould and add your dough filled with nutella to get modak shape. Nutella modak is ready to serve!
