How to Make Olive Oil Poached Baby Tomatoes
1.Sieve the flavoured oil mixture from the lamb chop marinate.
2.Heat the oil and add cherry tomatoes.
3.Poach cherry tomatoes until their skin shrivels up.
4.Strain out excess oil and keep tomatoes aside.
5.Serve with Lamb Chops, Roasted Vegetables and Garlicky Tahini Sauce.
