Ingredients of Paunk Na Vada

  • 1 Cup Paunk
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • to taste Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Onion

How to Make Paunk Na Vada

Take a bowl and add paunk, besan, green chilli, ginger, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix these flavours.

Then add, yoghurt to the bowl and make a thick consistency paste by combining everything.

Then take a spoonful of this mix, drop it in hot oil and fry.
4.
Once it turns crispy, take it out and serve with chutney to enjoy!
