Ingredients of Pinwheel Samosa

  • 1 Cup Refined flour
  • 1 tbsp Semolina
  • 1/4 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar free
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • For Stuffing:
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying (100 ml)

How to Make Pinwheel Samosa

Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients as listed for dough. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the stuffing, by mixing all the ingredients as listed for stuffing.

Dust the Dough with maida and roll the dough with rolling pin. Now spread the prepared aloo stuffing uniformly.
4.
Roll tight making sure the stuffing is intact. Cut the roll into half inch slices and flatten slightly.
5.
Dip the pinwheel samosa into maida paste and coat both sides. Deep fry until crisp.
6.
Serve hot with mint chutney, mayonnaise and ketchup.
