Ingredients of Pudina Chicken Bites
- 50 gms Rice Flour
- 25 gms Cumin Seeds
- 50 gms Coriander Leaves
- to taste Salt
- 50 gms Mint Leaves
- 120 gms Boneless Chicken
- 25 gms Onion
- 5 gms Ginger
- 5 gms Garlic
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1 Lemon
- 50 gms Ghee
- 10 gms Black Peppercorn
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder

For akki roti: Take a bowl and add rice flour, salt, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds. Pour hot water and mix well to form a dough. Rest it for 10 minutes and make small balls, then flatten with the roller.
Place the flattened bread on a hot plate and roast it by adding ghee and place it aside.
For mint paste: Take a mix jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, black peppercorn and make it into a fine paste.
Cooking of pudina chicken: Take boneless chicken, wash it properly and cut it into small pieces.
Meanwhile, take a frying pan and add ghee. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions and saute it.
Then add the green paste and cook it till the raw flavour goes. Now, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and the chicken pieces.
Cook it well, then add the lemon juice and finish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
For platting: Take the akki roti bite size, top them with a spoon of pudina chicken, garnish with sliced boiled egg and serve hot.
