Ingredients of Quinoa And Sabudana Kesari Bath
- 1/4 Cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup Sabudana
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- A pinch of Kesar
- 2 Cardamom (Crushed)
- 10 Cashews (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to Make Quinoa And Sabudana Kesari Bath

Rinse the quinoa and sabudana in cold water using a fine mesh to remove all dirt.

Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil and add ¼ cup of quinoa. Reduce the flame to low. Cover the pan and cook the quinoa for 25 minutes and then fluff with a fork.

Bring 4 cups of water to soak the sabudana ¼ cup for 1 hour.

Heat 1-teaspoon ghee in a pan, fry cashews until golden. When done; remove from the pan, add the cooked quinoa and soaked sabudana, and roast for few seconds. Now add 1 cup water and mix well. Allow it to boil well with lid on in medium flame. This should take about 8 to 10 minutes.

When the quinoa and sabudana look cooked and dry, add kesar. Mix well.

Add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and add ghee and fried cashews. When the mixture blends, switch off the flame and serve.
