Ingredients of Radhaballavi Masala

  • Chana dal
  • Cumin (whole)
  • Ginger
  • Aniseed (small)
  • Green Chili
  • Black Cumin
  • Asafoetida
  • Mint leaf
  • Fenugreek
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 500 refined flour
  • Radhaballavi masala mix
  • Oil and salt as per requirement

How to Make Radhaballavi Masala

  • 1.Take a bowl and make a thick paste by adding water to the entire contents of the pack of Radhabhallavi mix masala and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • 2.Heat 2 tsp oil in pan and sauté the paste made with Radhabhallavi mix masala in low flame to make the filling of radhaballavi.
  • 3.Mix the flour well with little oil and salt. Add sufficient water and knead the dough.
  • 4.Divide the dough proportionately into several pieces. Stuff the filling in every pieces of dough and roll into round size like luchi/puri. Fry in hot oil and serve hot.
