Soak the sadudana in water overnight.
Boil water in a pan. Add the soaked sabudana. Season it with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Once the sabudana has further expanded and the texture is mushy, remove it from flame.
Spread a plastic sheet, pour out sabudana mixture using a spoon. This should be about the size of the chips you desire. Make sure you leave equal distance between each serving.
Let this dry in the sun for almost a day. The chips are ready, they can be stored in an airtight container for about a month.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the chips. Make sure you add some pressure on each chip while frying, allowing every sabudana to pop.
The chips are ready!
