Ingredients of Sangri Ki Shikampuri
- 100 gms sangri
- 50 gms channa dal
- 10 gms whole garam masala
- 5 gms whole red chilly
- 5 ml rose water
- Salt to taste
- 10 gms onion
- 5 gms red chilli powder
- 5 gms coriander leaves
- 20 gms roasted chana dal
- 10 gms processed cheese
- 30 gms ghee
How to Make Sangri Ki Shikampuri

Soak Sangri in water for 1 hour.

In a heavy bottom pan heat ghee and add whole spices along with whole red chilly.

Add sangri, chana dal and salt to the pan.

Cook it till water is complete reduced.
5.
Remove from heat and cool it down.
6.
Mince the mixture to a fine paste and add rose water with a little salt to taste.
7.
If the mixture is too soft add roasted channa flour to it.
8.
Divide the mixture into equal balls and stuff it with cheese.
9.
Press them to make galletes and shallow fry in ghee till golden brown.
10.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
