How to Make Shark Ambotik
1.Add salt to the cut shark and keep aside for a few minutes.
2.Grind garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, tamarind, and red chillies to a paste.
3.Heat oil in pan and saute sliced onions till golden brown.
4.Add paste to the brown onions.
5.Add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil.
6.Add cut and salted shark.
7.Cook till shark meat is tender.
8.Serve with rice or bread.
