Ingredients of Spiced Coffee Kulfi
- 1/2 Litre Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee
- 2 Cardamom pods
- 1 sticks Cinnamon
- 2-3 Star Anise
- 1 tbsp Roughly chopped hazelnut/almonds

In a pan boil the milk until it has a thickened.
To this add condensed milk, cream, coffee powder and simmer for 2 mins.
Finally add the cardamom, cinnamon, star anise and chopped nuts.
Stir for another 5 mins. At this point you can take out the whole spices as their flavour has been completely dissolved in the milk.
Take this off the stove and let it cool in room temperature for at least an hour.
You can either use kulfi moulds or ceramic bowls and or a big bowl to freeze in the refrigerator. It’s a good idea to cover your bowls with a foil to avoid crystallization.
For best result freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
Your spiced coffee kulfi is ready to be enjoyed!
