Ingredients of Spicy Guava Cookies
- 1000 Gram whole wheat flour
- 500 gram K Cookiez (aerated bakery Shortening for making lighter and crunchy cookies)
- 100 gram Foodlite oil
- 250 gram Water
- 20 gram Custard powder
- 30 gram Skim milk powder
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 10 gram Salt
- 10 gram Guava essence
- 7.5 gram Chaat masala
- 7.5 gram Red chilly powder
- As required Green food colour
How to Make Spicy Guava Cookies

Blend flour, baking powder, custard powder, chaat masala and chilly powder together.

Cream K Cookiez fat, foodlite oil and milk powder together.

Dissolve the salt in the water with colour and add it to the fat and continue creaming.

Add in the essences.
5.
Pipe in baking sheet and bake at 155°C for 14 minutes.
6.
Your chilly guava cookies are ready to eat! Enjoy!

You can use powdered sugar if you wish to.
