How to Make Steamed Vegetables
1.Steaming is done over medium heat. Be careful not to let all the water cook away.
2.Dense vegetables should be cut into small pieces to cook more quickly.
3.Prepare vegetables in the normal way and spread them in a single layer in the steamer basket, so they cook evenly.
4.Put the steamer basket over the pan once the water is at a rolling boil.
