  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom (from 4-5 green pods, deseeded and ground)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 6 tbsp slivered pistachios or almonds
  • 2 tbsp rose water

Prepare the Milk Cake Mix:

In a wide, heavy-bottom frying pan, combine ricotta cheese, Sugar Free, rose water, and heavy cream. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly, until the mixture reduces by half.

Add Ghee and Cardamom:

Stir in ghee and ground cardamom when the mixture becomes fudgy and stops sticking to the pan. Turn off the heat.

Transfer and Garnish:

Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the Milk Cake mix into the pan, spreading it evenly. Top with slivered nuts, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

Chill and Slice:
