How to make tandoori egg
Tandoori egg or egg tikka is devilled eggs coated with a variety of aromatic spices and onions, and served with mint chutney. In fact, tandoori eggs can also make your biryani exceptional and add that extra kick into it.

Ingredients of Tandoori Egg
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 4 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- to taste Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Besan
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- For garnishing Coriander Leaves
How to Make Tandoori EggHideShow Media
Mix all the ingredients to make marinade except eggs, oil, coriander leaves and chat masala.
Now coat the marinade on eggs well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Arrange the coated eggs on a pan and set the pan on grill.
Preheat oven for 10 minutes @180 degree.
Now grill the eggs for 10 minutes @180 degree in oven.
Now sprinkle chat masala and serve Tandoori Egg with any biryani or pulao
If you do not have anything to grill, you can also deep fry the tikka in a pan.
