  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 8-10 capers
  • 1 baguette, cut into slices and toasted
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
