Ingredients of Vegetable Som Tam Salad
150 Gram Raw papaya, shredded
30 Gram Carrot, julienne
30 Gram French bean diamond
30 Gram Cherry tomato
5 Gram Garlic
3 Gram Crush mix chilli
45 Ml Somtam dressing
10 Gram Peanuts (crushed), roasted
5 Gram Peanuts, roasted
How to Make Vegetable Som Tam Salad
1.Pound chillies and garlic together in a mortar. Add beans and pound.
2.Add Som tam sauce and mix well. Add crushed roasted peanuts.
3.Now add cherry tomato, raw papaya and carrot to mix well.
4.Put in a platter and garnish with roasted peanuts.
