Ingredients of Vrat-Friendly Paneer Makhani
- 500 gms Paneer
- 300 gram Tomato
- 5 tbsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Sendha namak
- 2 tbsp Jeera powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 70 gram Cashews
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
How to Make Vrat-Friendly Paneer Makhani

For the makhani gravy, boil the tomatoes with some cashews and chilli powder.

Let it cook properly and then blend into a fine paste.

To a kadhai, add the tomato paste with some ghee, jeera powder & coriander powder and let it cook.

Then add in the paneer cubes and mix it in with the gravy.

Garnish with some fresh cream.
