Ingredients of Pistachio Phirni

  • 250 Ml Milk
  • 25 gram Rice flour
  • 50 gram Pistachio
  • 75 gram Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

How to Make Pistachio Phirni

Boil the milk and sugar.

Add rice flour to it.
3.
Cook on slow fire till it becomes thick runny batter.
4.
Add cardamom powder and roasted pistachio into it.
5.
Cook a bit till it becomes the smooth.
6.
Fill in glasses or mud pots.
7.
Let it cool for about an hour.
8.
Serve cold.
