They also offer an exquisite range consisting of nearly 40 varieties of bread such as Ciabatta, Baguette, Chia seed, multigrain bread, focaccia bun and more all made in house.
Tanushree Gupta, Promoter, Danbro says, "The process of getting an authentic Italian brand in India for the culinary patrons has been an exhilarating experience. Danbro aims to offer the finest baked delicacies that will satiate their taste buds of the old age patrons and millennials alike."
As we entered the bakery, we were stunned with the interiors that were a perfect blend of swanky and soothing. Overlooking a busy road, you feel calm in the middle of chaos - A nice place to catch up with your friends for a cup of coffee or shake, with good food to go with it.
We first tried their 'Soup of the Day', which was our ever-favourite Cream of Tomato soup. It was truly soul-warming. For the starters, we had Chicken meat balls, which were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and flavourful inside. Quinoa Salad freshened up our senses and we were ready to move further to other dishes like Fully Loaded Pizza and Chicken Sausages. Both the dishes were decent enough to make us sit through and look forward for more.
Moving on, we had the regular Penne Arabiatta, which was 'regular' in the real sense. Grilled chicken burger that came after was exceptionally delicious. Chicken was moist and juicy and was stuffed in the multigrain buns with complementing condiments and veggies.
All in all, Danbro is the place for a much-needed sojourn from the humdrum of daily life. Good food and good coffee, is all we need to charge us; and we have Danbro to go to for that.
