Pullman New Delhi Aerocity is hosting a delectable Turkish food Festival in association with Swissotel The Bosphorus, Istanbul and Turkish Airlines. The culinary affair will take place in Pluck, a popular Aerocity haunt serving modern European and contemporary Indian delicacies. The special menu has been curated by Chefs Ibrahim Yaman and Abdullah Olgun, who have flown down from Istanbul to serve you some local favourite delicacies of Turkey like Adana kebab, purslane with yoghurt, muhammara and haydari. For dessert lovers, there are multiple options to choose from such as irmik halva with pine nut, oven-baked mastic rice pudding, pumpkin with clotted cream and more.

2. Kashmiri Food Festival At Radisson, Faridabad
Feast on some authentic Kashmiri delicacies at Broadway, Radisson Blu, Faridabad. The lavish spread curated by Home Chef Rajni Saraswat is an exquisite mix of veg and non-veg delicacies prepared with local ingredients that have been sourced from Kashmir for a truly authentic and decadent experience. 4. Mallacca's Three-Day Malaysian Fest
Mallacca, the Malaysian Kitchen, is hosting an extravagant three-day Malaysian festival from 29th August. The festival would be packed with authentic Malaysian delicacies prepared by International Chef Salil Mehta. There will be yellow noodles with spicy sweet potato broth, fried tofu puff, hard-boiled egg, spring onions, bean sprouts, fried shallots and lime juice, char tao kuih (pan-fried rice cake, with chives, beansprout, egg, turnip and chilli sauce), loh bak (a five-spice pork roll wrapped with bean curd skin), ais kacang (shaved ice, red beans, corn, grass jelly, rose syrup, sweetened milk and palm sugar) amongst others.
In addition to delectable food, Mallaca will also be hosting fun activities like puppet shows, top spinning and kite flying competitions, dragon float performance, live musical performances and tribal dance.

5. Highway On Plate Food Festival At Crowne Plaza, Rohini
Indulge in a sumptuous feast mimicking the Dhaba decadence at Crown Plaza, Rohini. Serving delicacies from your favourite North Indian highway joints to your plate, the menu is packed with all things greasy and good.
