For those who can, drinking a glass of chilled milk works great for acidity problems. In fact, Nutritionist Anshul Jaibharat says that the next time you suffer from acidity all you need to do is drink a tall glass of chilled milk and wait for the relief to kick in.
Another diary product that is considered great for acidity is yogurt. Rupalli Dutta, a clinical nutritionist says 'Yogurt is another way of controlling acidity.
