1. Paneer Sandwich - Our Recommendation
Replace white bread with brown bread, spread green chutney on the slices, place paneer slices, sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder, close the sandwich and rub a small amount of ghee on top and toast it. You can even avoid ghee and toasting altogether and just have it as is.
2. Besan Chilla
This is another quick dish that you can make in just 5 minutes. Make a batter by mixing besan with water, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, green chillies, turmeric powder and a pinch of hing. Pour on a greased pan and cook on both the sides.

3. Mushroom Soup
Saute some mushrooms with garlic and salt. Blend or crush the mushy mushrooms, then top it with some water. Let it boil, add in some black pepper powder, and you have a creamy and tasty soup ready for mid-night hunger.

Wash and leave the poha to drain. Meanwhile, quickly chop an onion into slices, saute with mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Add salt, a pinch of turmeric powder and add in the wet poha. Sprinkle some lemon juice, give it all a good mix and you are done.
