While having your soup, you cannot gulp down the dumpling in one go as it is against their basic dining etiquettes. You're supposed to gently bite it while slurping away the soup.
2. You Cannot Put Soy Sauce On Fried Rice
If you feel that your food requires more soy sauce and wish to add more, then there's a big no-no here! Chefs in China get annoyed if you ask for more soy sauce as they feel that you're questioning their culinary skills and capabilities.
3. Use Your Hands Properly To Hold The TeapotHolding the lid of the teapot in a right way is also one of the basic dining etiquettes in China. When you're pouring the tea to yourself or even to others too, make sure that you're handling the teapot by using one hand only.
4. Do Not Cross Your ChopsticksOne must avoid crossing their chopsticks on the plate as it is symbolic to death. Always lay them parallel to each other.
5. Never Flip A FishIn China, flipping a whole fish after eating one side of it is said to bring bad luck.
