Actor Mithila Palkar, who was last seen in Netflix film Tribhanga - Tedhi Medhi Crazy alongside Kajol, has shared a lovely image of herself having ice cream while being surrounded by a lot of greenery after a bout of rainfall. Sharing the image on her Instagram account, the 28-year-old said she tried a different vibe. It appears Mithila has a soft corner for ice creams and rain. And why should she not? Everyone loves an exotic scoop of this sugary summer delight that they grew up eating. Having it during or right after rainfall is an absolute pleasure.
“Rains, a rainforest and cookies and cream! Thoda alag vibe try kiya (tried a different vibe),” she said in the caption.
During summer, our energy levels dip and ice cream, a refreshing treat, comes as an instant energy booster. Also, its creaminess tingles the taste buds and cools down the body at the same time. But health experts warn of its side effects as it contains additives and artificial ingredients for flavour. They say ice creams should be eaten in moderation and occasionally.
Ice creams can be prepared in various ways and at home. The homemade ice cream recipe is easy and can be experimented with. There is an infinite number of possibilities to try new flavours.
Some of the popular varieties are chocolate ice cream, masala chai ice cream, vegan chocolate ice cream, and mango ice cream.
Since monsoon is approaching, savouring the ice cream during rain may feel heavenly, just as the image tweeted by Mithila.
The actress began her career with web-based shows. She gained popularity after starring in the show Little Things and then made her Bollywood debut with Nikhil Advani's Katti Batti in 2015. She was appreciated for her role of a married woman in a patriarchal household in Tribhanga - Tedhi Medhi Crazy.
