Mulberries are very rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium and iron. They also contain lots of dietary fibre, which maintains good health and keeps your digestive tract in top form. While vitamin C gives a boost to your immunity, vitamin A present in mulberries is great for your vision and is essential for good eyesight. What's more? Mulberry leaves can be used to treat extremely dry skin. This fruit also improves hair colour by increasing the production of melanin in them. No wonder, this nutritious fruit has found favour with the lovely Bhumi!
