Bipasha Basu's Fitness Regime
Bipasha is a fitness enthusiast and is generally seen working out with her husband. She follows a disciplined life and workout plan. She is obsessed with cardio exercises and is passionate about yoga. She spends about two hours doing a combination of workouts and yoga, at least six days a week. Bipasha keeps changing her workout routines in order to break the monotony.
In one of her interviews, Bipasha Basu shares that one must be physically and mentally healthy and you should take out at least one to one and a half hour to be physically active. In fact she attributes her fitness inspiration to her mother who is a fitness enthusiast too and ensures a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Bipasha Basu's Diet Secrets
Diet is an extremely important part of the weight loss regime. Bipasha has always maintained that one should eat in moderation, stay away from junk food and sweet as they do nothing good for the body. She completely believes in the saying, 'eat breakfast like a king' and also make your meals smaller as the day passes by. In one of her interviews, she mentioned that one should have many small meals in a day rather than having three big meals.
Bipasha's day starts with a cup of tea and soaked almonds along with warm water. She savours a heavy breakfast that majorly consists of porridge, egg whites, skimmed milk or fruit juices. For lunch and dinner, she prefers only home cooked food that consists of dal, chicken, fish, green vegetables and even salads.
