To begin with, take a bowl, add 3 litres of milk. Just heat the milk; do not boil it. Once done, add 2 litres of buttermilk. Keep stirring till the milk curdles.
Once done, strain the water from the milk and set aside. The last step is to take a blender, add the prepared cheese, butter, lemon juice, corn flour, and cream. Blend until smooth.
