About Mango Pudding:
Mango pudding is one of the easiest mango-based desserts out there. While a traditional mango pudding requires a bunch of ingredients and can be a little complicated to make, this one is much simpler and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings in no time. Its taste is quite similar to that of a mango cheesecake but doesn't have cream cheese. To make it, you just need to arrange a buttery biscuit layer in a glass container (you can also use glasses to make mini servings). This layer is then topped with fresh mango slices and a layer of mango puree mixed with vanilla ice cream. Its smooth and velvety texture is simply to die for.
How To Make 4-Ingredient Mango Pudding | Easy Mango Pudding Recipe
Start by crushing the digestive biscuits in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter to it and combine well. Transfer this biscuit mixture to a glass dish and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon. Place it in the freezer for a few minutes to set. In the meantime, make a puree of the mango slices using a processor. Add this puree to a bowl of melted vanilla ice cream and mix well. Arrange a layer of fresh mango slices on top of the biscuit layer and pour the prepared puree over it. Decorate it with crushed biscuits and mango slices. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours. Once done, serve chilled and enjoy. For the complete recipe for mango pudding, click here.

How To Prevent Lumps In Mango Pudding?
Don't you just hate it when you feel chunks in a puree-based dessert? The reason why we love these desserts is because of their smooth texture, and if this goes wrong, it ends up ruining all our efforts. To prevent this, you must always puree the mangoes well, ensuring there are no large chunks left. For an even smoother texture, try straining the puree using a sieve. This way, you won't have to worry about any unwanted chunks in your mango pudding.
Sounds quite easy, right? Make this sweet delight at home before the mango season ends. Meanwhile, here are some other exciting mango-based desserts for you to try.
