To begin with the recipe, take a mixing bowl, add corn flour and milk. Mix them well until a smooth paste.
Once done, heat oil in a kadhai, add spices like cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns, bay leaf, onions and garlic. Sauté them well.
Now add carrots, coriander seeds, haldi and mix. Cook this for at least 3 minutes on a low-medium flame. Keep stirring to avoid stickiness.
