To prepare this recipe, all you need is some paneer, sugar, milk powder, elaichi powder, and a few more easily accessible ingredients. Raksha Bandhan Special: Kalakand Recipe: How To Make Kalakand
- To begin with the recipe, blend 250 grams of paneer and transfer it to the pan. Add 3/4 cups of sugar and sauté for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Add 1/2 cup milk powder and cook till the mixture sticks together. Add cardamom powder and mix it well with the mixture.
- Once done, grease a plate and transfer the cooked mixture onto the tray.
- Flatten the kalakand, sprinkle some pistachios and rose petals on the top.
