Here's how you can make it at home:
Ingredients:
1) Ginger - 1
2) Lemon - 1
3) Sugar – ½ cup
4) Honey – 2 tablespoons
How to make ginger-honey-lemon drops?
1) First of all, grate ginger and extract its juice using a sieve. Keep it aside.
2) Grease a plate with a little bit of oil and keep it aside. Take a pan and heat it. Add about half a cup of sugar and keep stirring it until it melts. Switch off the heat.
3) Now, mix about 2 tablespoons of the extracted ginger juice followed by a similar amount of honey and about a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix it well.
4) Then keep taking spoonfuls of the prepared mixture and drop them separately at a distance on the greased plate. After some time, you'll notice that the drops have become solid. You can pack them in a transparent covering just like most toffees.
