Honey- 2-3 tbsp
Cucumber- 2 (chopped)
Lemon- 2 (juiced)
Method:
In a blender, puree the cucumbers until just chunky.
In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, honey to water.
Add fresh mixture to the cucumber puree and blend until very smooth. Serve.
