Sooji Besan Nashta: Here's How To Make Sooji Besan Nashta
First, in a bowl, add besan, sooji, red chilli powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder, red chilli flakes and chaat masala. Mix all these with water and keep the consistency thin. Now add veggies like onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and more, as per your choice. Next, heat some oil in a pan and mix jeera, hing and ginger-garlic paste. Once it is done, throw your prepared batter in the pan. Once it thickens, take it out on a plate and let it set. Then when it is set, you can pan fry it or even bake it in an oven.
