Fondue is a dish from Switzerland which involves dipping pieces of bread in a pot of melted cheese. The recipe of pav bhaji fondue has been shared by Ananya Banerjee, a popular YouTube chef and food vlogger, on her channel 'Chef Ananya Banerjee'. Once you have prepared the bhaji, add in grated cheese along with some milk to get a fondue-like consistency. Cut the pavs into bite-sized pieces and toast them to pair with this delight. You can make this fondue when you have friends coming over to your place and get ready to bag some compliments for your culinary skills.
Chef Tip: Just when you begin to melt and heat the butter in the pan, don't forget to add a little bit of oil along with it so that the butter doesn't end up burning.
