In this simple recipe, you would need to make a runny besan batter, dip your toast in the batter and roast it on a tawa. That's it! The recipe is a hit with kids and adults, alike. In fact, you can also pack the same for your child's tiffin, or make it for your next house party. For the besan batter, you would need some besan flour, chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and tomatoes, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric, butter, grated cheese, salt and fresh bread. You can skip a few veggies here and there, if you do not have it in your pantry at that given time.
