Chop the chicken into nugget-sized pieces. Bathe them in red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and vinegar. Massage the chicken till the spices mix well. Meanwhile, prepare a marinade with mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, yoghurt, besan, coriander powder, black salt, amchur powder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and ginger-garlic paste. Dunk the seasoned chicken in the marinade and keep it for 1 hour. Next, coat each piece of marinated chicken in maida, dip them in egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Deep fry the chicken pieces till they are golden crisp.
