Not only would he be standing next to the fries in no time, but the fries would also disappear from in front of your eyes before you realise. Fries are yummy; they are addictive. But fries are also fattening. And, if you are planning to lose some extra weight, you know very well that you would have to cut down on processed food. Store-bought fries are often packed with trans-fats and empty calories.  Eating too many fries may also take a toll on your heart health and cholesterol levels. If you are on a weight-loss diet, you need to omit a lot of your favourite foods from your diet, but the parting need not be that sad after all. You need to make room for fresh, seasonal vegetables in your life, and this transition could be carried out in many fun ways too! You can use these vegetables in hearty soups, smoothies, and salads.
