Vacations are supposed to be the ideal time to relax and not worry about incessant phone calls, hectic schedules and the other stresses of the work-week. While the holiday checklist includes the essentials like sunscreen, camera, medicines, etc. more often than not, the basic necessities are often ignored. In our holiday excitement, we tend to ignore how we treat our bodies and its need for nourishment. Keeping oneself hydrated and consuming beverages that are safe and hygienic is as important as getting that photograph clicked.

Milk is a complete health drink containing most of the nutrients essential for our well-being. Don't ignore your daily glass of milk during your holidays. Some may feel that consuming milk while travelling should be avoided as they are unsure of the quality.
