How To Make Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin Tea For Immunity
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/ 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 cloves
Method:
- Bring a glass of water to boil in a vessel. As you start seeing the bubbles appearing, add all the spices one by one. Cover the vessel with a lid.
- Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, and you are done. Strain the tea in a cup. If you want you can add a dash of honey to taste towards the end. Make sure you do not cook honey. Honey is also widely regarded as a natural cough suppressant.
