Summer is all about indulging in cooling foods. While the monsoon showers have helped bring some respite from the heat, the humidity in the air still makes us want to indulge in something refreshing. Cooling summer treats such as ice cream and sugary drinks may sound like a tempting option, but the fact that they are loaded with sugar makes them quite unhealthy. Now, we understand that having plain curd can be quite boring, which is why you must experiment with it.
