Summer is all about indulging in cooling foods. While the monsoon showers have helped bring some respite from the heat, the humidity in the air still makes us want to indulge in something refreshing. Cooling summer treats such as ice cream and sugary drinks may sound like a tempting option, but the fact that they are loaded with sugar makes them quite unhealthy. For people who are trying to lose weight, healthy and cooling foods such as curd make for a great option. It helps cool you down from within and does not contribute to weight gain. Now, we understand that having plain curd can be quite boring, which is why you must experiment with it. Here we bring you a refreshing pahadi-style cucumber raita recipe that you'll absolutely fall in love with.
