How to make Kumaoni Raita
This delicious raita from Uttarakhand is made by using grated cucumber, yogurt, mustard seeds, green chilli, turmeric, and coriander leaves. It's super refreshing and ideal for cooling down in the summer.

Ingredients of Kumaoni Raita
- 1 bowl Curd
- 1 small Grated cucumber
- to taste Salt
- to taste Haldi
- 1-2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Chopped green chilli
How to Make Kumaoni Raita

Take mustard seeds, garlic and green chilli in a mortar and pestle and pound into a smooth paste.

Whisk the dahi until smooth and creamy.

Add all the ingredients in the dahi and mix.

Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
